Museum Village will be hosting its annual traditional 19th Century Thanksgiving Open Hearth Demonstration on Saturday and Sunday, November 12 & 13. Watch as the dishes are prepared over the open hearth.

Smell the feast as the aromas drift through the Visitor’s Center and then sample the dishes presented. Drift back to that simpler time in life and enjoy the savory flavors of the Pilgrim and Victorian Thanksgivings.

Be sure to wander through the village and visit the many buildings and exhibits that will enhance the entire 19th Century experience. This is an event that the entire family will enjoy!

Saturday & Sunday, November 12 & 13

11:00AM – 5:00PM

Adults – $10.00

Children – $5.00 (4 & under free)

Museum Village is a living history museum preserving a vast collection of eclectic, 19th century artifacts for educational purposes. Using these artifacts and reproductions, we provide hands-on experiences and exhibits illustrating the transition from a rural to an industrial culture and economy in America, provoking thought and discussion about history.
