WHAT: The list of restaurants participating in the new fall Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, November 5-18, 2012, is now availabl e online for diners to start making reservations at more than 150 restaurants offering fixed-price lunches and dinners.

WHERE: The list of participating restaurants is available online at www.hudsonvalleyrestaurantweek.com. As of noon today, reservations are open and will be going fast.

WHY: Hudson Valley Restaurant Week returns for an encore this fall. From November 5-18, participating restaurants will offer three-course, prix-fixe lunches for $20.95 and dinners for $29.95, giving diners a chance to sample the bounty of the Hudson Valley in the hands of its best chefs. And what better time to showcase the culinary delights of the Hudson Valley than during the fall harvest? The Hudson Valley is home to the world’s leading culinary school, world-class artisanal producers (cheese makers, vintners, craft brewers and distillers), abundant farms, orchards and vineyards and some of the country’s most ins pired chefs who are leaders in the “farm-to-table” movement sweeping the nation.
