What better time than now to celebrate the coming of spring with the Hudson Valley Restaurant Week 2011.   This unique dining event is in its 5th year and is being held from March 14 to 27 featuring more than 150 restaurants throughout the Hudson Valley.

Whether its Latin to Italian, Asian to New American, there’s something for everyone.  Enjoy fine dining in the Hudson Valley at special pricing.  Each eatery is offering three-course lunches for $20 and dinners for $28 per person.

“The region has exploded in popularity as a dining destination,” says Janet Cranshaw, Hudson Valley Restaurant Week organizer and publisher of The Valley Magazine.  “Many chefs showcase Hudson Valley farm products – from venison, duck, and heritage pork to artisanal cheeses.”

Hudson Valley Restaurant Week has become a Hudson Valley tradition drawing over 200,000 visitors last year alone.  Don’t let this pass you by — Become part of our tradition by enjoying the beauty of the Hudson Valley and a fine dining experience.
