Lucky Ladybugs!

 

On Saturday, May 26, at 10 a.m., the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum will be hosting: LuckyLady Bugs!  Did you know there are many different kinds of ladybugs, and that the 9-spot ladybug is our official New York State insect? Come join Environmental Educator Sasha Boucher at the Museum’s Outdoor Discovery Center, on Muser Drive, across from 174 Angola Road, Cornwall, to learn all about lady bugs and the lost ladybug project. Create a ladybug observatory and receive a native ladybug to release at home. After the program take a short hike with Sasha in search of ladybugs that live at the Outdoor Discovery Center. Recommended for adults with or without children and for children ages 5 and up. Admission: $7/Adults – $5/Children. Museum Members: $5/Adults – $3/Children.
