Circus comes to Museum Village
Staff | May 21, 2012 | CommentMuseum Village is happy to announce that the Zerbini Family Circus is returning once again for another great Memorial Day Weekend – A real old fashioned circus under the Big Top. Fun for the entire family, see a Dog Show, Jugglers, High Wire, Clowns and much more.
This is a one-ring show under a Big Top that seats up to 1,500 visitors and features a small family type atmosphere. Circus lovers are encouraged to come an hour early to enjoy the pony and camel rides, ship slide and moon bounce attractions and food concessions. There are several shows to choose from over the holiday weekend – Friday, May 25 at 7:00PM; Saturday, May 26 at 2:00PM & 5:00PM; Sunday, May 27 at 1:00PM & 4:30PM; and, Monday, May 28 at 5:00PM. Advance tickets are $10.00 and are available at the Museum or on-line on our website. Tickets are $12.00 at the door.
Museum Village is a living history museum preserving a vast collection of eclectic, 19th century artifacts for educational purposes. Using these artifacts and reproductions, we provide hands-on experiences and exhibits illustrating the transition from a rural to an industrial culture and economy in America, provoking thought and discussion about history.
