Orange County Executive Edward A. Diana and Commissioner Richard L. Rose of the Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation will host a FREE Halloween Costume party, especially for children ages six and younger, on Wednesday, October 26, at the County’s Hill-Hold Museum, from 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon.

“Fall is a beautiful time to experience Orange County’s Hill Hold Museum and the annual children’s Halloween party is a great way for children, their families, and their schools to get to know this treasure of our Orange County Park’s system,” said County Executive Diana. “It’s fun and educational.”

The party will include an inflatable bounce house and magical entertainment will be provided by the legendary Macaroni the Clown accompanied by some special costumed friends. Hayrides around the museum grounds for both children and adults will be provided courtesy of the Orange County Farmers Museum.

Refreshments will be served and each child will receive a bag of treats. The event will conclude with the children’s Halloween costume parade.

Pre-school programs and day care centers are invited to participate in the Halloween party. The area is accessible to children with disabilities. Reservations are required and must be made by October 24 by contacting Susan A. Tucker at (845) 615-3833, or by email at [email protected] .
