The Bardavon is pleased to announce that 50 shows will go on sale at its two theaters: its namesake Bardavon 1869 Opera House in Poughkeepsie, and the Ulster Performing Arts Center (UPAC) in Kingston, on Tuesday, September 11 for the general public.
This is the Bardavon’s seventh full season presenting performances at both venues since it took over management of UPAC in May 2006. This season promises to continue a rich and diverse roster of events featuring great music, cinema, theater, dance and comedy. Also anticipated are the exceptional international Daytime Performance Series, the exhilarating Hudson Valley Philharmonic (HVP) symphonic season, and the fourth year of the widely popular Met Live in HD opera broadcasts.
